Cyril Bazin is a French hairdressing brand founded in 1998, known for its craftsmanship, authenticity, and strong identity.
Having worked with the brand for few week, I was already familiar with its values, content, and digital ecosystem, which made this redesign both relevant and challenging.

This project focused on a complete website redesign to improve clarity, usability, and overall user experience.

The website redesign started with a benchmark of other hairdressing and beauty websites to understand common layouts, navigation patterns, and best practices.
This analysis helped identify what works well in terms of clarity, structure, and user flow in similar brands.
Beyond inspiration, the main focus was on correcting the weaknesses of the existing website.
Navigation was confusing and made it difficult for users to move between pages.
Information hierarchy lacked clarity, which affected overall readability.
The redesign aimed to simplify the structure and make movement across the site more intuitive.
This process helped transform a disorienting experience into a clearer and more accessible journey.
